COMPANY HISTORY
Gesong Enterprises Co., Ltd. was established in 1976 in Taipei, Taiwan by Pilly Chen and Judy Liao. We are a well-experienced international manufacturer in furniture fittings, PVC film, and Tecformer machine. The headquarters in Taipei City is the international sales office. We have two factories in Taoyuen in Taiwan produce valuable refined products and Tecformer machine. In 2002, we established a new factory and office in Shanghai, China. This factory produce furniture hardware and fitting. The office is concentrating on China market.

Gesong has over 20 years experiences in making plastic injection, die casting, lost wax parts, machined parts, & stamping parts. We provide various products for different needs and have abilities to produce valuable refined products. The range of our standard production lines includes casters, glides, metal legs for sofas & cabinet, hinges, handles, knobs, heat seal adhesive films, and PVC film. In 1992, we organized a new D&V division to develop a vacuum forming press machine, we named "Tecformer" later. After five years development and improvement, today, Tecformer has been exported around the world and created high-satisfication.

Gesong are participating important related exhibitions around the world over 2 decades. We exhibit our products regularly in Worldwide Fairs, such as Interzum in Cologne, German; IWF in Atlanta, USA; AWFS in Anaheim, USA; UAE in Dubai, Saudi Arabia; Sasmil in Milan, Italy; TITAS in Taipei, Taiwan; and others. We have abilities to develop special functions or design new items for market demand. We continually work hardly to provide products with high qualities and competitive prices.

SALES VOLUME AND CAPITAL
Taipei - yearly sales volume is around US$5,500,000 and ready paid capital is US$1,500,000.
Shanghai - first year sales volume is around US$600,000 and ready paid capital is US$ US$700,000.

MARKET SALES DIRECTION
Target markets of Taipei Headquarters are United States and Europe. We also have customers from Middle East, Southeastern Asia, and Japan. Our Shanghai sales office is concentrating on supporting foreign factories in China.

ABOUT SHANGHAI GESONG
In 2002, in order to continually provide the competitive price for our customers, we decided to invest a new factory in Shanghai, China. From searching for location, designing the plant, to starting the construction, we experienced and conquered many difficulties in starting a new factory in China. In April 2003, the construction of the factory was finished. In July 2003, the factory was finally starting to operate. In September 2003, our first order was finished and ready to ship. In the end of 2003, our production line, employee training, and office function was completed.

Our new Shanghai factory is concentrating in making plastic injection and stamping parts. The range of our products includes glides, casters, metal parts, injection parts, and stamping parts. We will continually enlarge production lines and transfer technic to China. Our Shanghai sales office is aiming at domestic market and looking for chances to work with foreign furniture factories in China. We can provide high quality products, competitive prices, and reliable service.
