SAU-068 in acquits dispersion, polyurethane basis, suitable to glue primaries thermoplastic, laminate on woody surface by membrane presses or vacuum presses. It's an adhesive for heated reaction, and it belongs to single system. The initial reaction is provided with heating plasticity that could be done for dry applying.

Technical Applications by Membrane Presses:
The support material should be MDF or something similar that has to present homogeneity characteristics in order to exhibit no surfaces imperfections after the gluing. The performed material has to be uniformly sprayed with suitable gun at a pressure around 3 bars and 1.5mm. vents. The spray operation must be carefully done, particularly onto the pantography parts and onto edges or corners (that usually need to be sprayed 2 times).

The necessary quantity is various, depending on the supports' absorbable power: usually 70-100 g/m2.
After the spray operation the glue has completely to let dry. Usually the drying process, at normal conditions of room/ material temperature and humidity, employed quantity, etc., is of 15-16.

After it, but within 24 hours, it is possible to glue by membrane presses. In the case it is advisable to check temperature, pressure and time that depend on the thermoplastics sheets and on the materials' profiles.

Note : Temperatures between 70 and 110°C. Need pressure at 3-4 bar for a time between 30 and 100". After 7-8 days it is possible to do the water and thermal resistance tests.

Storage Conditions:
Keep SAU-068 into well closed vessels at moderate temperature. Keep far from freeze. If there precautions are observed, the validity of the product is 6 months.

Remark: (please pay attention to as below!)
 1. Please keep the temperature inside of the drum within 60°C
 2. It will be better if you can screen through screen mesh before using spray gum.
 3. The pressure of the spray gun should be 8kg/m2.
 4. Please do not change the original pail or drum. If it is necessary, please load in plastic container.
