Tecformer is a 3-Dimensional thermoplastic foils for vacuum and membrane pressing machine. This Tecformer can easily apply decorative sheet and film with heat-seal adhesive film to almost any shape of wood, medium-density fiber boards (MDF), particle boards, carvings, drawer panels, moldings, kitchen cabinet doors, entrance doors, window sills and plagues.

The Well-Known Tecformer Systems:
A. Forming with no rubber sheet (Membrane)
You can use this 3-Dimensions system when profile is extremely intricate or in very precise details. Provide you with an experienced seal system where membrane work is made by foils itself. You can use different foil materials such as ABS, PVC, PP, and so on.
B. Forming with a rubber sheet (Membrane)

You can use material such as veneer or paper in 2-Dimensions, also it could be used with a wide range of 3-Dimensions Tecformer performing.

 

Operation Brief Procedure:
 1. Raise the frame, and place products on the platform.
 2. Place a PVC film over the entire platform surface, and make sure the film has covered the edges
     of the frame.
 3. Load down the frame, and start heating till the film has been heated sufficiently, then begin forming.
 4. Raise the frame, and the finished products on the platform are ready for you.
